Everything is coming up J.Lo! (Or should I say J.Aff!?) The newlywed popstar posed nude for her 53rd birthday, and if that doesn’t say #LeoSeason, I don’t know what does.

“We give all this care and attention to the skin on our face, but we sometimes neglect the body. It was important to me to create a skincare routine for the body to address its specific and unique needs, and we started with the booty!” Jennifer wrote in her caption alongside the post. And while the products look great, her strong AF abs and booty totally took the cake.

The "Love Don’t Cost a Thing" singer spent her birthday honeymooning in Paris with her new husband Ben Affleck. And some sources told People that Jennifer spent her bday having dinner at Le Girafe restaurant, which overlooks the Eiffel Tower.

Back to the IG: We all know Jennifer has a rockin’ body. As if this birthday suit campaign doesn’t speak for itself...have you seen the woman in Hustlers? I mean...dear god she is strong. The only thing "On the Floor" was my jaw.

Of course, Jennifer’s abs didn’t appear overnight. She puts in some serious work. One of her trainers, David Kirsch told Vogue that their workouts are “fast-paced,” adding, “she’s very focused and high energy.”

More specifically, “We mix some cardio, plyometrics, full-body, core, and lower body into her workouts—they are very, very intense and she takes it very seriously, which is exciting for someone like me,” Kirsch said. “You say, ‘we’re going to do this,' and she’s like, ‘great!’”

Sumo lunges, sidekicks, and plyometric squat jumps are also in the rotation. “Jennifer and I do a lot of platypus walks with a wide stance,” Kirsch said. “Also known as a sumo walking squat. It’s great for your inner thighs and butt.” Excuse me while I take notes!

As for her diet, Jen eats a lot of whole foods. “She stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources," Dodd Romero, another one of the star’s personal trainers told Oprah Daily.

But she’s not afraid to treat herself every once in a while. "Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier diet," Jennifer told People, "I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself."

"We’re all human. I don’t think you should beat yourself up if you make a mistake or if you have a potato chip," she told the outlet. "Everyone wants a cookie or a piece of cake or fried chicken every once in a while."
